These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Decidaro, including its websites, calculators, comparison tools, decision tools, content and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
By accessing or using Decidaro, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Service.
1. About Decidaro
Decidaro is an independent, unincorporated project operated jointly by Muhammad Iqbal and Nilofer Ahmed.
Decidaro is an independent decision-support platform designed to help users compare options, understand trade-offs and make better-informed decisions.
Decidaro provides tools and content across selected markets. Available tools, information and functionality may vary by country or region.
Decidaro is intended primarily for adults. If you are below the age of legal majority where you live, you should use the Service only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian where appropriate. Nothing in this section overrides any rights or protections that apply to children or young people under applicable law.
2. Decision-support information
Decidaro may provide calculations, estimates, comparisons, rankings, scores, recommendations, educational content and other decision-support information.
Unless expressly stated otherwise for a particular service, Decidaro is not acting as a bank, lender, mortgage broker, insurer, investment adviser, financial adviser, law firm, accounting firm, tax adviser, healthcare provider or government authority.
Nothing provided through Decidaro creates a professional-client, fiduciary or advisory relationship.
Where a decision has significant financial, legal, tax, medical or other professional consequences, you should consider obtaining appropriate professional advice.
3. Your information and inputs
Some Decidaro tools require information from you in order to generate a result.
You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is reasonably accurate and appropriate for your intended use.
Do not submit passwords, banking credentials, full payment-card details, government identification numbers or other highly sensitive information unless a Decidaro feature expressly requests that information and explains why it is required.
4. Calculations, assumptions and estimates
Decidaro results may rely on:
- information supplied by you
- publicly available information
- manufacturer or provider information
- third-party data
- mathematical calculations
- market assumptions
- estimates
- Decidaro-developed scoring or comparison methodologies
Actual outcomes may differ from estimates.
Future prices, interest rates, market values, depreciation, taxes, insurance costs, maintenance costs, fees, rewards, operating expenses and other variables cannot be predicted with certainty.
Where relevant, users should review the assumptions and methodology associated with a particular tool.
5. Accuracy and changes
We aim to provide useful and reasonably accurate information, but information may become outdated or contain errors.
Prices, rates, fees, specifications, availability, eligibility requirements, laws, taxes and third-party terms may change without notice.
You should verify important information directly with the relevant provider or authoritative source before making a significant decision.
Decidaro may update, change, suspend or discontinue any tool, methodology, feature or content at any time.
6. Rankings, scores and recommendations
Some Decidaro tools may rank, score, shortlist or recommend options.
Such results are based on the criteria, inputs, data, methodology and assumptions used by that particular tool.
A result described as “best”, “recommended”, “better fit”, “top choice” or similar should be understood within that context.
It does not mean that:
- the option is objectively best for every person
- every option available in the market has been evaluated
- the result guarantees a particular outcome
- a third-party provider will approve or accept you
7. Market coverage
Decidaro does not necessarily compare every provider, product or option available in a market.
Some tools may use a selected dataset or exclude options where reliable or sufficiently current information is unavailable.
An option ranking highly within Decidaro therefore does not necessarily mean that no other suitable option exists elsewhere.
8. Advertising, affiliates and commercial relationships
Decidaro may support its operations through display advertising, affiliate links, referral arrangements, commissions, sponsorships, commercial partnerships and other lawful monetisation methods.
Where Decidaro has a material commercial relationship connected to a recommendation, link, placement or offer, that relationship will be disclosed clearly and conspicuously where required by applicable law or where necessary to avoid misleading users.
Commercial relationships may affect which providers, offers or links are available or displayed through the Service.
Unless clearly identified as sponsored or paid placement, commercial compensation does not determine an independent Decidaro calculated score, ranking or recommendation.
Sponsored or paid placements, if used, will be identified separately from independent calculated results.
Additional commercial disclosures may appear next to particular links, offers or recommendations. Users should consider those disclosures before acting on a recommendation or offer.

9. Third-party products and websites
Decidaro may contain links to products, services or websites operated by third parties.
Those third parties operate independently from Decidaro and are responsible for their own:
- products and services
- availability
- pricing
- eligibility requirements
- underwriting or approval decisions
- terms and conditions
- privacy practices
A link, inclusion or comparison does not by itself mean that Decidaro guarantees or endorses a third party.
Your relationship or transaction with a third party is governed by that third party’s terms and policies.
10. No guarantee of eligibility or transaction
A Decidaro result does not guarantee that you will qualify for, obtain or receive any particular loan, mortgage, credit card, insurance product, vehicle, property, financial product, service, price, rate or other offer.
Third-party providers make their own eligibility, underwriting, pricing and approval decisions.
11. Acceptable use
You may use Decidaro for lawful personal or business decision-making purposes.
You must not:
- interfere with the security or operation of the Service
- attempt unauthorised access to systems or data
- knowingly introduce malicious software or code
- use automated systems to extract substantial portions of Decidaro without permission
- reproduce or commercially exploit Decidaro’s proprietary tools, content, interface or methodology without authorisation
- use Decidaro for unlawful, deceptive or fraudulent activities
- represent a Decidaro result as an official approval, guarantee or professional opinion when it is not one
12. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise indicated, original branding, content, design, software, interfaces, tools and proprietary methodologies made available through Decidaro are owned by or licensed to the operators and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Third-party names, trademarks and logos remain the property of their respective owners.
No third-party brand appearing on Decidaro should be understood as implying sponsorship, endorsement or affiliation unless expressly stated.
14. Availability of the Service
Decidaro is provided on an availability basis.
We do not guarantee that the Service will always be uninterrupted, error-free or available in every country.
Features and market coverage may change over time.
15. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Decidaro will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising solely from reliance on estimates, calculations, comparisons, rankings or informational content provided through the Service.
You remain responsible for evaluating your circumstances and confirming material information before entering into significant transactions.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability, guarantee, consumer right or other legal right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
16. Mandatory local rights
Decidaro is intended for users in multiple markets.
Depending on where you are located, mandatory laws may give you rights that cannot lawfully be excluded by these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or restrict those rights.
Where a provision of these Terms conflicts with mandatory applicable law, that law will apply to the extent required.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when Decidaro’s tools, technology, commercial model or legal requirements change.
The current version and its latest update date will be published on this page.
Continued use of Decidaro following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by applicable law.
